Road junction to Brest, Minsk, Malorita, Pinsk. The area of the city is 31.6 km². The length from north to south and from west to east is about eight kilometers. The fourth most populous city in the region (behind Brest, Baranovichi and Pinsk). The main compositional axis of modern Kobrin ─ r. Mukhavets, dividing the city into southern and northern planning areas.
